Its not clear what this bot is trying to do. Its always on the same IP and only hits the top page.
Web robots are visiting sites to hack, spam, email harvest and to scrap your website contect for profit.
This blog is an atempt to keep track of them and to help webmasters by listing the abuse in google.
It is looking for a contact page from which to send you spam.

Whatever it is it has successfully signed up to my forum and added home page details that all refer to SEO.
