Anyone else seen this?
Is this some strange bot or is someones proxy changing all letters to zeros?
Web robots are visiting sites to hack, spam, email harvest and to scrap your website contect for profit.
This blog is an atempt to keep track of them and to help webmasters by listing the abuse in google.
That is definately one of the most interesting ones I've seen.

ReplyDeleteBut could it just be an Asian string? Sometimes asian letters shows just squares...
NetBarrier on Mac OS X (firewall software) can be set to "hide" the user agent, and the string you are seeing is the string NetBarrier sends.
