Thought to be a scrapper. See other info here
Reports now say that this is content filtering.
lightspeedsystems.com
If it is its the worst bot ever writen because it fakes its useragent and sends ilegal headers. Clearly not the tec leaded it says on the website.
Writing to lightspeed and waiting for a reply.
Update:
lightspeedsystems.com refuses to reply to my emails so its banned I don't care what they say it is. It is abuse because they are faking the useragents and are using improper headers and they do not identify themselves in the scan.
added domain ban
lightspeedsystems.com,Wont reply to emails abuse
Also banned by all blogs using Bad Behavour

This bot uses a fake user agent to hide its identity. We know its not IE. This is poorly written spamers trick to get past robot blocks.
If this is a legit robot you need to give it a true user agent that identifies it and it needs to send proper headers.
Right now it is blocked by bad behavior as a spammer due to improper headers.
As of now this bot has been labeled a scrapper/spammer on most blocking sites and is blocked!
